Our commitment
ChoicePops is committed to making its website usable and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. We want customers to be able to browse products, understand information, place orders and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. We will work to identify and improve accessibility issues as the website develops, including when we add new content, features or third-party services.

Readable text and sufficient visual distinction between content and controls.
Keyboard-friendly interaction where supported by the website platform and components we use.Alternative text or equivalent descriptions for important images where practical and appropriate.
Forms and checkout information that are as clear and understandable as reasonably possible.
Captions or accessible alternatives for important video or multimedia content where practical.
Compatibility improvements where third-party services and the Wix platform allow us to control them.
Scope and third-party services
ChoicePops.com is built using third-party technology, including website and ecommerce services provided through Wix and potentially other third-party payment, analytics, social media, video, shipping or marketing services.
Some accessibility characteristics are therefore controlled by those providers and can change when their software or interfaces are updated. We will take reasonable steps within our control to address accessibility barriers on our own pages and to choose accessible settings or alternatives where practical.
Known limitations
At any particular time, some content or functionality may not be fully accessible. Possible limitations can include third-party embedded content, automatically generated interfaces, older product imagery without suitable alternative descriptions, or features where accessibility depends on a service outside our direct control.
Where an accessibility issue prevents you from completing an important task, please contact us.
We will consider a reasonable alternative way of providing the relevant information or assistance where practicable.

Technical standards
We use recognised accessibility principles, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as a practical benchmark for improving the website.
This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party component meets a particular WCAG conformance level at all times.
Feedback and continuous improvement
Accessibility feedback helps us improve the website. We will review reported issues and, where appropriate, prioritise fixes according to their impact on customers, frequency, technical feasibility and the limitations of third-party systems.
